Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Information:

Currently, Bellavana Beauty provides free shipping on orders over $60 USD. This means that as long as the order reaches $60 USD or more, the order shipping costs will be covered by Bellavana Beauty. If the order is less than $60, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs, which are set at $8 USD. The order will ship Flat Rate Priority Mail service through USPS to ensure the fastest delivery option for your convenience. This service is a delivery estimate of 1 - 3 business days after order processing. These prices are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

Domestic Shipping Providers:

Bellavana Beauty will always ship Flat Rate Priority Mail service through USPS unless otherwise noted. If additional mailing services or providers are added, this page will be updated and customers will be notified.

International Shipping Information:

Currently, Bellavana Beauty is able to ship internationally. Exact estimates and costs will be determined at checkout for orders requiring international shipping.

International Shipping Providers: 

Currently USPS will be used for international shipping providers and services. Orders will be calculated as Priority Mail International or First Class Package International.

Priority Mail International prices start at $28.50 and vary by country. Shipping time is between 6 - 10 days and includes up to $200 insurance. USPS tracking is available with this option. Packages being shipped in Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Priced Boxes can weight up to 4 lbs. Shipments send in Priority Mail International Medium and Large Flat Rate Boxes can weigh up to 20 lbs. 

First Class Package International is the affordable lightweight shipping service and prices start at $14.25 and vary by country. Shipping times may vary, and insurance is not included. USPS tracking is available with this option. Packages shipped via this method must weigh 4 lbs. or less and have a value of $400 or less. Maximum .combined length, height, and width is 36 inches.  Other restrictions may apply based on the destination country. 

Order Processing: 

At this time, please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing. This means, once an order is placed, you can expect the order to be shipped within 1 - 2 days. On official holidays, please allow additional time.

Order Tracking Numbers:

Customers will receive a tracking number to the email that was used during checkout. If a customer does not receive a tracking number within 72 hours, contact info@bellavanabeauty.com. 

Shipping Policy Disclaimer:

Bellavana Beauty has the right to adjust this shipping policy at any time. Bellavana Beauty will not be held responsible for packages once they are processed through USPS. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen after being processed through USPS, contact them directly, and email info@bellavanabeauty.com to inform us of the situation.
