Refund policy
We promise you'll love everything in your order, but if not, just let us know so we can make it right. Below you will find frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, we require between 1 – 3 business days of processing time, and then 1 – 5 business days for your order to ship and be delivered. We currently use USPS to ship Flat Rate Priority Mail and First - Class Mail which both have a delivery estimate of 1 – 3 business days. We chose to use one of the fastest shipping methods available to ensure your product is tracked, insured, and arrives to you in a timely manner.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow additional processing time due to Covid – 19 and we apologize for any delay that may occur.
How do I return my items?

- Enter your order number and email address so the system can retrieve your order
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items am I able to return?
If there is any issue that arises, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery, in the original packaging, with the original invoice. We do not accept returns on items that were a part of a discount, promo, sale, bundle, etc.
What items are non - refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (from sales, promos, bundles, free items, etc.)
- Items that are outside of the allotted return timeframe of within 7 days of delivery of package
What happens if the items / package arrive damaged?
We’re sorry that your package arrived damaged. There always is the potential risk of your items becoming damaged during shipment, but we assure you that we package all of our orders individually by hand with love and care.
If the package or item(s) are damaged, you are required to email us (info@bellavanabeauty.com) a minimum of 3 clear photos showing the damage or issue, and within the 7 days returns timeframe, or use the Returns Center to start a return, including the photos. If there are not at least 3 photos, your return will not be processed.
Can the items be exchanged for something else?
We do not allow exchanges of products. If you request a return and it’s approved, you will receive store credit that you are allowed to use towards your next purchase.
What are my refund options?
If your return request is approved, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the return total.
If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders cancelled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee that will be charged to your account.
How do I ship the items back to you?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it.
Please double check your order information prior to completing your initial order to ensure that you entered the correct billing and shipping information. We will not be help liable for any packages that were sent to the wrong address, after the fact. We only ship to the address that is given, and it’s up to you (the customer) to determine that the package is going to where you need it to arrive.
If your package was marked delivered, but you didn’t receive it, we will immediately open a case with USPS to locate the package. If the package is not found (or not found in a timely manner), we will communicate with you on the outcome of the situation. You must send us in an email your order confirmation email, confirm the billing and shipping address, and we will begin working with you on your request.
Regarding Incorrect Addresses:
Please double check your order information prior to completing your initial order to ensure you entered the correct billing and shipping information. If the address cannot be verified by USPS we will contact you for an alternative address from the info@bellavanabeauty.com email. The order will not be sent out until the address has been confirmed and verified.
If your package gets sent back to us, a reshipment fee will be assigned to cover the cost to reship the product that will be the same price as the initial shipping cost. This will be covered by you and charged to your account.
Regarding Signature Confirmation:
Orders over $150 will only be delivered with a signature confirmation. We will only ship out orders that are equipped with the signature confirmation option to ensure your package is delivered to the person who ordered it. If there is an issue with the deliverability of your order with or without signature, contact us at info@bellavanabeauty.com and reach out to USPS.
If you request no signature, this will need to be expressed to us in an email prior to shipment and you will be responsible for the safety of your package. If you request no signature on an order over $150 value, we will not be held liable for the safety of your package. We equip our store with shipping options like Route, to ensure the deliverability of your orders.

If there is an issue with any order, please contact us at info@bellavanabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to work with you on your request. If the order was more than 7 days past delivery, we are unable to accept the return of the product or offer store credit. Please ensure you contact us within this timeframe.
