As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, we're here to reassure you that we are taking all measures to do our part to prevent the spread. 


Our plan is as follows: 

Working remotely, connecting digitally: Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. We are hustling from home and here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect. 

Your health comes first: We are encouraging everyone to wash their hands, socially distance, and follow best practices to protect the health and wellbeing of themselves, their family, and our community at large. Additionally, we believe in supporting all members of our team should they become ill and we are asking anyone who feels sick to take as much time off as they need to fully recover. 

Sending out your packages: We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait. Currently, we are still using USPS, and we send out all of our packages using Flat Rate Priority Mail to try to ensure the quickest shipping method, for your convenience. We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience!

In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease. 

We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our customers, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.
